Innovations are an important measure for the renewability of companies and thus the key to the development of growth potentials and the sustainable safeguarding of a company’s success.

We support our customers in establishing a systematic innovation management.

In doing so, we attach great importance to develop a sustainable process from occasional technology and innovation workshops, which calls for and promotes a demand-oriented innovation culture within the company.

The clear, comprehensible orientation of a company is an essential basis for taking decisions for sustainable success with the increasing complexity and speed of change in the automotive industry.

We support our customers in the development of a business and/ or business strategy geared to industry, technology and environment data, to develop a business plan and a systematic, continuous and sustainable change management professionally.

We develop together with the customer and/ or evaluate technology roadmaps, define possible product and market/ customer extensions and then support in further implementation.

Executive Coaching

The global competitive pressure requires companies to continually and sustainably improve their development productivity and to exploit all possible efficiency potentials. Key success factors here are the competence, motivation and committed cooperation of a company’s specialists and managers.

We support our customers to establish a targeted and sustainable personnel and thus efficient strategy to recognize the potential of employees; and to systematically further develop them through appropriate approaches and measures.

Consistant „Frontloading“

Innovation is not a “self-purpose” but part of a consistent corporate strategy and the associated portfolio orientation and market closure.

Up to 80% of all costs of a project/ product are determined in the left branch of the development process during the concept phase and project definition.

A significant increase in efficiency and effectiveness in the area of innovation, portfolio orientation and corporate strategy therefore creates a large company contribution, often combined with double-digit growth in volumes.

Here, we have been and are very successful in the optimal orientation of pre-development areas and projects for various companies. Our aim is to define and implement the appropriate organisation and orientation of the product portfolio for the respective customer.
